• Free shipping: US orders $75+; International orders $100+.

Processing times

Orders usually ship within 7–14 days (business days, excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Estimated transit times

• US: approx. 2–5 business days after shipment
• International: approx. 4–15 business days after shipment (varies by destination and customs)

Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs can extend delivery times.

Shipping fees & thresholds

Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on destination and weight. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Wrong address, failed delivery, lost/stolen

Please check your shipping address carefully. We’re not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it, contact the carrier and then email us— we’ll help where we can.

Order changes/cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can’t guarantee changes once production/shipping starts.
